If you are emailing us, please set out details of your complaint as clearly as you can. When we receive a complaint, we will attempt to resolve it promptly. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days and if this is not possible we will keep you informed of our progress.

Received a suspicious email or SMS?

Online scams cost Australians millions of dollars each year. Scam emails or SMS often imitate a legitimate company’s branding and language perfectly.

  • Always check the sender’s address. It must end in @loanless.org.
  • Never click suspicious links. Report them and delete them immediately.
  • Scammers also call. If unsure, hang up and call our official number to verify.
  • Important: We will never ask for your bank login details via email or text.
